Job summary

Positions

We are seeking 2× Part‑time Support Workers for our Supported Living Service in Garforth, LS25. One position is for 30 hours per week (Day shifts) and the other for 20 hours per week (Day shifts). Shift times are from 7am to 9pm.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role
  • Individuals aged 37‑66 with mobility issues, non‑verbal communication, and varying needs including autism, learning disabilities, dysphagia and communication difficulties.
  • Every resident has personalised bedrooms.
  • The group enjoys days out, meals out, concerts, theatre, music, a home‑based band, karaoke and DJ.
  • Activities include day‑centre visits, purple patch sessions, college, music hubs, garden time, shopping, trains, etc.
What is important to us
  • We pride our house in being homely and personalised.
  • Staff are expected to enjoy day‑to‑day activities we do together.
  • We provide all mandatory training and any specialist training needed in our house.
Other information
  • Maximum staffing: four in morning and afternoon, one waking night and one sleeping; minimum staffing: two in morning/afternoon, one waking night & one sleeping.
  • Usual shift patterns: 7–2, 2–9, 2–10 sleep, 9–5.
