Job summary

A leading health and social care charity in Fort William is seeking compassionate individuals for a support role providing day-to-day care to a gentleman in his home. About the Role:

You’ll be part of a close‑knit team who provide day‑to‑day support in this gentleman’s own home.

In this role, you’ll support with some personal care and moving and positioning, so previous experience in moving and positioning would be beneficial.

The young man we support does his own cooking, medication and finances and is a very private person, so we’re looking for friendly individuals who would be interested in sharing his interests.

UK driving licence is essential as the role would require driving this gentleman’s vehicle during daily activities. For insurance purposes, candidates must be aged 25 or over.

Access to your own vehicle would be useful due to the location of the service.

Shifts & Contracts:
  • Shifts: Available shifts include 8am‑1pm, 8am‑5pm, 8am‑11am and 11pm‑1am and all staff would be expected to take a share of the different shiftsанні.
  • Contracts: Can range from 10 to 25 hours per week or bank (casual) contracts are also available.
