A leading care provider in the East Midlands is seeking Support Workers for flexible positions. You will assist clients with personal care, engage them in daily activities, and follow care plans while maintaining records. Ideal candidates will be patient, reliable, and committed to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. All Support Workers at this service must already have or commit to undertaking a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care qualification.
Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and agood communicator are key characteristics of a successful Support Worker.

Quality Care is an established specialist care provider with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality support in family-style settings. Derwent View supports 19 adults in one property that is divided into 3 separate self-contained homes and is located in the Derwent area of the City of Derby, in a principally residential area.
