Support Worker
Town Cambridge CB1 £12.55ph
Typical Shifts are: Mon-Sun 7.30am-2.30pm and 2.30pm-9.30pm

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

At our supported living service Antelope Way in Cambridge you will:

• Teach new life skills and assist with personal care.
• Encourage people to access their local communities, socialise and participate in activities.
• Organise community outings such as cinema days, beach trips and shopping excursions.
• Support people in achieving personal goals, such as cooking dinner independently or going on holiday.

We expect you to bring:

• A full UK driving licence.
• Resilience, flexibility and a composed approach to work.
• Experience following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
