We are a small, friendly support service in Finglassie, providing 24-hour care and support to eight adults with complex needs, living together in their own shared accommodation. Our service is built around person centred support, promoting dignity, choice, independence, and inclusion in everyday life.
Each individual we support has unique needs, which may include learning disabilities, autism and physical health needs, that require thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate support. We work closely as a team to create a safe stable and supportive environment, enabling people to live fulfilling lives within their community.
Support is tailored to each person and may include:
Hours: We have on offer for Support Workers, full time [37 hours], various part time hours and also relief hours available. Shifts will include, early and late shifts, night shift and sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.
Location: Finglassie is situated on the southern edge of the town of Glenrothes Fife with good access routes to and from the town centre.
