A leading supermarket chain based in Bradford is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to enhance product availability and manage supplier relationships. This role involves end-to-end ownership of product flow, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste. Candidates should have a solid understanding of supply chain principles, excellent data management skills, and experience in stakeholder engagement. We're looking for Supply Chain Specialists to join our Fresh Operations team. You'll take ownership for outstanding availability to our customers in designated product categories, whilst delivering against stock and waste targets to minimise cash impacts to the business. The successful candidate will actively participate in running and improving the business team. Together, we tackle business challenges, enhance our performance and unlock the true potential of our data to drive forward the supply chain function.
This role is fast paced and you'll be at the heart of decision making, using data and influence to make improvement and change!

This role will be based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Additionally, we're embracing hybrid working, providing the flexibility of up to two days working from home.
