Using standard processes, you will be accountable, to operationally drive value stream (supplier to customer) on time delivery by ensuring the plan is executed credibly.Working with the Operational teams (plants or SMT), Customers and Suppliers you will identify, prioritise, mitigate and resolve delivery issues impacting the customer. Own engineering document and shared resource priority decisions for the Category.* **Proactively manage delivery risk and recovery** - identifying, prioritising and escalating supply chain risks, leading recovery planning with Supplier Management Teams (SMT), and driving root cause analysis for delivery failures.* **Drive cross-functional delivery governance** - representing the category in delivery reviews, escalation forums and SMT engagements, and leading Integrated Project Team (IPT) sessions on critical shortages and priorities.* **Champion continuous improvement** - embedding standard processes, sharing best practice through Community of Practices (CoP), improving supply chain performance and ensuring ERP compliance.**What you’ll get:****Great salary and benefits**On top of your salary and equivalent of 33 days’ holiday a year, you’ll get generous pension contributions (up to 12%), access to employee support assistance and employee discounts, free parking.
