We are looking to appoint a Systems Specialist within Enterprise Services supporting the global HR tool - SAP SuccessFactors landscape, incorporating Employee Central (including EC Time Off), Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Management, Onboarding 2.0, Learning Management, Performance & Goal Management, Continuous Performance, Compensation Management, Succession and Development modules.
The SuccessFactors Systems Specialist will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the SAP SuccessFactors platform across its full module suite. This role involves ticket management, troubleshooting, configuration, monitoring integrations, system health activities and ensuring compliance with established processes. Working closely with Senior System Specialists, you will develop hands‑on expertise in system configuration and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
