Our Pet Care Centres across the UK include grooming salons, retail stores, and veterinary practices, all dedicated to delivering the very best care and exceptional care for pets and the people who love them. We’re currently seeking a skilled and passionate Dog Stylist / Groomer to join our busy, vibrant salon. In this hands-on role, you’ll take the lead on grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch. You’ll be interacting with pet owners daily, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must. We’ll support your growth with comprehensive training and development opportunities, including Earn as You Learn programmes and additional skill-based pay enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Lead on grooming appointments, delivering high-quality grooms with care, precision, and a personal touch
• Interact with pet owners daily, providing excellent customer service
• Ensure pets look and feel great through grooming from bathing and drying to breed-specific styling and finishing
• Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills

Qualifications

• Experienced, qualified and confident in all aspects of dog grooming, from bathing and drying to breed-specific styling and finishing
• Hold a grooming qualification
• Customer-focused, with a friendly and professional approach
• Flexible and reliable, able to work a variable schedule across six days a week (minimum 24 hours/week with potential for more during busy periods)
• Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment
• Goal driven, with experience in target-led environments (preferred, but not essential)
