Job summary

A leading international education provider is seeking a Wellbeing & Engagement Officer to support student welfare and engagement. The role requires excellent people and administrative skills, experience in higher education, and a relevant degree. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support, ensuring student safety, and developing wellbeing workshops. This is a full-time position located in Stratford-upon-Avon, with a salary of up to £28,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of providing pastoral support to adult international students in a higher education setting.
• Experience of creating and delivering engaging wellbeing workshops or enrichment activities.
• Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective case management of all welfare concerns.
• Provide 1:1 welfare and pastoral support to students.
• Support the creation of Support Plans for students.
