Qualifications

• Working towards professional chartership status.
• Experience in structural design and site experience in construction.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements including Eurocodes.
• Experience with sustainability issues in structural design.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outline designs for structural schemes.
• Carry out detailed design calculations using 3D software.
• Coordinate designs with other disciplines and specialists using BIM.
• Visit sites during construction to monitor progress.
• Perform structural surveys and report on issues.
• Analyze and report on structural defects.
