A wellness company seeks a Studio Stretch Mobility Coach to help clients restore movement and flexibility using The Stretch Method®. This entry-level position offers hands-on training and opportunities for advancement to a Certified Stretch Mobility Coach™. Ideal candidates will have a passion for fitness and strong communication skills. Flexible hours are available for both full-time and part-time schedules, with compensation ranging from $25-$30/hour.
Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities available
At The Stretch Mobility Coach™, we empower clients to restore muscle health, regain flexibility, and unlock their body’s full movement potential. We were founded to identify joint movement that is not optimal—before it leads to decline. We believe flexibility is a measurable, modifiable biomarker of health and longevity.
Our proprietary Stretch Method® is transforming lives—and we’re looking for someone who can help extend that impact both inside and outside our studio.
We are not therapy, rehab, or fitness.
We are the missing link in the movement and longevity conversation.
The Studio Stretch Mobility Coach plays a key role in helping clients restore healthy movement and flexibility through The Stretch Method®. This entry-level, in‑house position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fitness, movement, and helping others feel strong and capable in their bodies.
As a Studio Coach, you’ll learn our proprietary system for assisted movement, joint optimization, and flexibility restoration. You’ll work directly with clients inside our Beckett Ridge studio to deliver results that improve how they move and feel every day.
This position offers a structured pathway for growth. Studio Coaches begin with hands‑on, in‑person training and can advance to become a Certified Stretch Mobility Coach™—a credential that opens the door to higher pay, expanded career opportunities, and placement in high‑end wellness facilities and affiliate studios.
The ideal candidate thrives in a people‑focused, active environment and is eager to master a new approach to movement health that goes far beyond traditional stretching or fitness.
Deliver one‑on‑one assisted movement and flexibility sessions using The Stretch Method® under in‑house training and supervision.
Guide clients through each session with confidence, professionalism, and clear communication about what to expect and how it supports their goals.
Participate in ongoing in‑studio education to master foundational movement testing, muscle activation, and flexibility optimization.
Maintain accurate client notes, progress records, and follow‑up recommendations as directed by leadership.
Support a consistent, high‑quality client experience that reflects the Stretch Mobility Coach® brand standards.
Prepare and maintain studio spaces for client sessions, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to building a collaborative, growth‑minded studio culture.
