Role Description 📝

As aStrategy Analyst, you’ll play a central role in guiding Winnrz’s commercial, customer, and growth strategies. You’ll dig deep into data, uncover performance drivers, evaluate campaigns, and help shape business decisions that drive revenue, customer retention, and operational excellence.

This is the ideal role for someone who is analytical, curious, commercially minded, and excited by the opportunity to influence a fast-scaling consumer brand.

What You’ll Be Doing ✅
  • Analyse customer, campaign, financial, and operational data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Support the design and evaluation ofShop & Wincampaigns, identifying insights that strengthen performance.
  • Work alongside the performance marketing team to interpret media performance, acquisition funnels, CAC, ROAS, attribution signals, SKAN/ATT data, and campaign-level optimisation metrics, and translate these into strategic recommendations.
  • Build dashboards and reports that allow leadership to make faster, data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct competitor, market, and category research to inform strategic planning.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and operations to develop insight-driven recommendations.
  • Support modelling and forecasting for growth, retention, cohort behaviour, and customer value.
  • Identify performance improvements across funnels, touchpoints, and campaign mechanics.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.
  • 5–7 years of experience instrategy, business analysis, data analytics, consulting, or commercial roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency inExcel/Google Sheets, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and dashboards.
  • Experience working with SQL, Python, or data modelling is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in consumer brands, e-commerce, or growth-focused environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or relevant field.
