A leading media technology company in London is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to support their expanding EMEA client base. You will act as the key point of contact for agencies and advertisers, driving campaigns and ensuring successful execution while providing hands-on support and technical troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have experience in account management and a solid understanding of the ad tech landscape.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support in ad tech.
  • Experience with DSPs and SSPs for campaign setup.
  • Strong technical understanding of digital advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for EMEA clients.
  • Drive client onboarding, platform training, and support.
  • Analyse client data and recommend enhancements.
