Job summary

A national badminton organization is seeking a Non-Executive Director with strategic legal expertise to support its Board. This is a non-remunerated role with a commitment of up to 15 days per year, involving attendance at board meetings and significant involvement in key events. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with substantial experience in corporate and commercial law, and a commitment to promoting equality and inclusion within the sport. Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer, solicitor, or barrister.
• Significant experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Prior board-level or senior advisory experience preferred.
• Ability to absorb complex information and provide guidance.
