Responsibilities

  • Work with senior leaders to identify learning needs and design interventions.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of multi-year development programmes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on L&D strategy.
  • Design and oversee management and leadership development programmes.
  • Lead on organisation-wide learning initiatives.
  • Manage external training providers.
  • Provide coaching support to managers and leaders.
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes.

Skills

Strong client focused approach
Proven track record of continuing professional development
Experience in change management and project management processes
Hands on experience of design and delivery of management development and soft skills training
Experience of budget management and governance
Ability to evaluate impact and demonstrate ROI of learning interventions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Significant knowledge of learning and development principles
Creative and solution focused
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge and practical experience of learning management systems
IT literate and proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Full UK Driving Licence
