Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic land roles, preferably in a housebuilder or land promoter context.
• Understanding of financial and legal aspects associated with strategic land.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire strategic land opportunities.
• Develop relationships with land agents and landowners.
• Foster relationships with public sector bodies.
• Maximize the value of strategic land sites.
• Lead and motivate the strategic land team.
• Work with directors in delivering a clear pipeline of new opportunities.
