Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Operations or Service Support roles.
• Strong working knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks.
• Experience managing SLAs and KPIs.
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the Change Management process end-to-end.
• Conduct and validate impact and risk assessments.
• Chair and lead weekly Change Advisory Board meetings.
• Manage and mentor the Change Analyst.
• Produce and present critical reports and metrics.
