Job summary

A leading AI safety company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead customer acquisition and expansion in AI safety services. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, engaging with senior stakeholders, and selling complex solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in strategic sales, strong discovery skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. The salary range for this role is $200K - 400K OTE with stock options.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally in AI, ML, security, or technical services.
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals with technical customers.
  • Experience selling consultative or services-led offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new LLMs and GenAI native customers.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across product, research, safety, and leadership functions.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, technical context, and risk profiles.
