Job summary

A leading vehicle rental company in the UK is seeking a Fleet Management Strategic Customer Account Manager to build strong relationships with major clients. In this role, you will ensure high-quality service delivery, manage contracts and service level agreements, and provide insights on fleet efficiencies. Qualifications

  • Experience working with large fleets and building strong relationships with fleet customers.
  • Excellent communicator, able to engage confidently with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Comfortable analysing and interpreting data to monitor fleet performance and drive efficiencies.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, with strong attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Knowledge of HGV fleets and the fleet market is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for Northgate’s largest customer accounts.
  • Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to deliver fleet management services.
  • Take ownership of Service Level Agreements.
  • Advise on fleet efficiencies and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships that deliver benefits for customers.
