Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of UK employment law, codes of practice, case law, etc.
• Proven experience managing heavy caseloads alongside projects.
• Integrity and discretion required.

Responsibilities

• Develop the ER function and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide advice on ER matters including restructures and TUPE.
• Draft and maintain relevant policies and training materials.
