Our client, a leading supplier of parts into the construction industry, is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Strategic Business Development/Account Manager to join their team. This role covers the North of England through to Scotland, with a mix of field and home-working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and surpass regional GP and revenue sales targets
  • Fix down-spending accounts and lock in customer spending commitments
  • Focus on maximising growth with high-potential existing accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for your portfolio, prioritising key markets and customers
  • Book and attend face-to-face meetings with key growth and prospective accounts
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with detailed customer interactions, planning and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build long-term relationships, secure orders, and promote products in person
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to product development initiatives
  • Identify new business opportunities
