Store Manager – Winchester

Join us to oversee the key B&O store in Winchester. We are seeking an experienced store manager to enhance and uplift the commercial performance and customer experience.

This store is one of our monobrand partner stores and whilst you will be exclusively representing B&O you will be employed through our partner’s business: Harmony Integration T/A Bang & Olufsen. When you apply your CV will be shared with this trusted Partner business.

Your Mission

As our new Store Manager, Winchester, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic improvement of this retail site. The B&O store in Winchester acts as a showroom for a broad network of clients in the local region – a proactive approach will be required to engage with current clients and grow the network.

Additionally, your remit will cover all operations and team management for the store, ensuring we have the best sales team representing B&O. More specifically, you will:

  • Be accountable on delivering sales and profit targets of the store
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience throughout the whole customer journey
  • Proactively create a business network locally which can enhance awareness of the B&O store and drive sales.
  • Perform day-to-day training to the sales team, ensuring they all deliver up to Bang & Olufsen high standards
  • Inspire and motivate the store sales team, defining weekly planning and development opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador to the brand, and represent the brand in and outside the store during key CRM events
  • Engage with clients beyond the showroom – taking part in events or home visits to enhance the connection with clients.
  • Ensure an outstanding in-store visual merchandising, following, and adapting headquarter guidelines.
  • Ensure coordination with internal and external stakeholders (installation team, BHV, service providers, after sale service, etc.).
  • Ensure seamless execution of all financial and administrative processes (sales and cost reporting’s, inventories, after sales, etc.).
What you bring

You have minimum 4 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or similar and either experience with, or a great passion for, lifestyle or high-end brands. A passion for music and audio products is also a great plus. Furthermore, you:

  • Are solutions-oriented and able to adapt quickly to changes, which enable you to make decisions independently and, on the fly; even under pressure
  • Are incredibly driven, which pushes you to achieve results and cope well with setbacks
  • Know the importance of representing a brand and are therefore able to lead your team by example, with a positive attitude
  • Possess great administrative skills, enabling you to structure and plan work schedules, leaving no shifts unmanned
  • Are interested in high tech (hardware and software), design and musique
