A leading retail chain is seeking a Store Manager in Dumfries to oversee the store's operations and maintain high standards of customer service. Candidates should have over 2 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role offers up to 33 days holiday, flexible shifts, and various health benefits, emphasizing career progression and inclusivity.
Location: Dumfries
Hours per Week: 39 hours
Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview
Salary: £33,200 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
