Store Based Pharmacist / Pharmacist Manager

Enimed Pharmacy Group is pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Store based Pharmacist/Pharmacist Manager to join our independent, community-focused organisation.

The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the community pharmacy profession and actively contribute to the growth and development of the branch.
  • Competently manage and take responsibility for daily branch operations, including dispensing, accuracy checking, and delivery of clinical services.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, patients, GP practices, and wider healthcare professionals.
  • Provide leadership to a professional and productive pharmacy team, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Consistently achieve company performance metrics, manage staffing effectively, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and care.
  • Support the development of team members through mentoring, guidance, and skills development in preparation for future roles.
