Overview
Sr. Product Marketer, Global Product Marketing, will drive successful strategic product strategy and tactical marketing plans to support product launches and upgrades. Will develop, implement, manage, and execute product marketing campaigns, analyze customer trends, and monitor product performance metrics to drive adoption of new and existing products. Drive product marketing tactics and global corporate brand through all initiatives tied to an overarching Global Marketing Strategy contributing to achieving company growth goals. This role is ideal for someone with product launch and/or go-to-market experience within their product marketing career.
Responsibilities
- Global market focus for this role will be on a combination of markets: NA, UK and Ireland, EU, channel partners and/or distribution markets.
- Work with GTM (go-to-market) vertical to understand product marketing strategies and plans for new and existing products. Timely execution of tactics in accordance with these plans.
- Collaborate with product management to understand roadmaps for new and existing products and align marketing tactics accordingly.
- Understand market trends, conduct market research, synthesize competitive intelligence, and identify key product features.
- Partner to create compelling product messaging, claims, and positioning with Product Management and Sales; develop assets such as brochures, case studies, white papers, sales training, and sales enablement tools.
- Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation in targeted markets.
- Work with the global digital marketing vertical and regional teams to support wider marketing activities.
- Establish market-based tactics and SMART success metrics integrated with the marketing plan to support sales and market efforts.
- Drive lead management, including capture, nurturing, assignment, and coordination to align with sales and growth objectives.
- Monitor competitor positioning and use data to improve brand proposition.
- Optimize funnel performance for each channel and campaign; forecast, track, monitor, and analyze ROI of regional activities and adjust plans to maximize marketing ROI.
- Create monthly analysis and progress reports of product marketing tactics.
- Manage allocated marketing spend to align with growth strategy and adjust budgets to maximize business impact.
- Ensure all materials align with QARA regulations and brand guidelines.
- Ensure regionally developed materials align with corporate image, positioning, and messaging across all mediums.
- Comply with FDA QSR, ISO13485, and other international regulatory requirements as applicable.
Skills Needed To Be Successful
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, NetSuite/Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience with marketing and sales funnels, conversion performance, and revenue influence.
- Experience with segmentation of audiences and targeted messaging within a Global Marketing Strategy.
- Proficiency with Canva and design management tools.
- Proficiency with WordPress, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with social media to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to generate creative solutions quickly.
- Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills in a matrixed environment.

Required Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience with product marketing, training, and campaign creation.
- Experience with product launches and/or GTM (go-to-market) planning.
- Experience in supporting software/product lifecycle communications (GA, Releases, EOL, EOS); medical device PLC experience can substitute.
Preferred Experience & Education
- Experience within IT software marketplace.
- Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions.
- Multi-channel Healthcare B2B lead generation experience.
- Experience implementing marketing strategies for distribution and partner channels.
- AI-first and/or GenAI-first mindset.
- Experience with laboratories, medical devices, or healthcare information systems.
Onboarding
As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
