Position Summary

The Sr. Analyst Shared Services Payroll is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. This role supports global payroll operations by managing data integrity, coordinating with regional teams and vendors, and delivering exceptional service to colleagues. The position requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of international payroll practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Specific Accountabilities
  • Payroll Processing: Execute end-to-end payroll for assigned geographies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors associated with the delivery of payroll services for assigned geographies and coordinate responses to inquiries from tax, social security, or other organizations.
  • US Payroll Support: Assume a key role as backup payroll support for the complex U.S. ADP GlobalView solution.
  • Data Integrity: Direct and administer ongoing maintenance of HR data, including supporting vendors who provide information or feeds to core payroll service providers. Ensure all submitted data is accurate, complete, and compliant with privacy legislation.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact to support other functions or locations in resolving payroll issues, employee or vendor inquiries after escalation to Global Business Processes.
  • Compliance & Audits: Coordinate and manage the audit process for assigned geographies and ensure timely and accurate reporting to government agencies, insurance companies, and other organizations.
  • Gross-to-Net Validation: Validate gross-to-net payroll results (registers) for accuracy and provide finance with payroll results timely to post to the General Ledger.
  • System Maintenance: Support the maintenance, upkeep, and modification of earning and deduction records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend ongoing changes to improve the quality and cost of payroll services.
  • Governance: Escalate issues per the defined governance schedule and serve as focal point for key project initiatives impacting broader payroll operations.
What we are looking for
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 4 – 7 years of relevant HR experience
  • Previousnon-US payroll experience required
  • English language skills required
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • US payroll experience a plus
  • Payroll vendor management and global data privacy knowledge a plus
