Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sports Coach located in Birmingham, Sandwell snd wolvehanpton. The Sports Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting effective sports coaching sessions, teaching physical education principles, and developing personalized training programs for children. The role includes motivating and mentoring young individuals, fostering their physical and personal development, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. Collaborating with team members and maintaining open communication with parents or guardians is also essential.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Sports Coaching, Sports Training, and Physical Education
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage and motivate young individuals
  • Experience in Coaching and mentoring young people, with a focus on skill development and teamwork
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively design and execute training programs
  • First aid certification or knowledge of basic injury prevention and care is a plus
  • A degree or certification in multi sports, Physical Education, or a related field is desirable
  • Passion for working with children and cultivating their potential through sports
