A leading marine services provider is seeking a Specialist Workforce Manager in Renfrew with strong communication and negotiation skills. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee contractor performance, and ensure compliance with legal obligations. You will work primarily at the fabrication facility with opportunities for off-site visits. We’re looking for a capable and motivated Specialist Workforce Manager with strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills who can lead and drive our contingent labour service. As Specialist Workforce Manager you will focus on supplying highly skilled personnel for specialist welding and fabrication environments, while also building and maintaining client relationships, contractor engagement and operational coordination to meet client needs.
We have two main office locations: our head office based at the iconic South Rotunda building on the South bank of the River Clyde, and our impressive welding and fabrication facility at Westway Business Park, Renfrew. You will spend the majority of your time at our welding and fabrication facility at Westway Business Park, mixed with off site visits to client offices. Note, home working can be discussed at interview.
