A leading insurance provider seeks a Specialist Motor Claims Handler in Bolton. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of claims, investigate to provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in Motor Trade Claims and strong negotiation skills. We have an opportunity for a Specialist Motor Claims Handler to join us in our Commercial Claims Department. You’ll help customers and brokers of AXA Insurance in the UK. We see ourselves as one big team, therefore you’ll take pride in working as an effective team player and you’ll have the opportunity to learn about new Claims products. As a Specialist Motor Claims Handler, you’ll be an essential member of the team helping our customers over the phone, by handling their queries.
You’ll have strong communication skills, with the ability to build great relationships based on Integrity and trust. We always put the Customer First in everything we do, so we want someone who strives to go the extra mile for them.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
