• NVQ Level 3 Beauty or equivalent (additional holistic therapy qualifications a plus).
• Proven experience as a Spa Beauty Therapist.
• Leadership and training experience (preferred).
• Passion for wellness and ability to mentor and motivate.
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
