Who are we looking for?

The Lush Spa allows us to showcase LUSH’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way. There is no better treat for us as a company than to be able to spend an hour or so with a client whilst using and demonstrating our products on their skin, creating the ‘ultimate demo’ for our products. The level of training provided to our Spa Therapists along with the uniqueness of the treatments and the comfort of the environment create truly beautiful experiences to all our clients!

We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences on a range of different contracts from 16-24hr.

Start date & Onboarding

The successful candidate will start on . They will complete at least 10 days of onboarding in Lush Spa Bath. The onboarding period will allow them to learn about the brand, meet their colleagues, and begin training.

Training

Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. This training period will run Monday through Friday and you will learn 6 of our core treatments.

To be considered for this role, you must be available for travel to Poole on and available for the entire training period,

Travel expenses to and from Poole will be covered by LUSH, as well Additionally, accommodations in Poole will be provided for the duration of your stay.

Please note that the training dates are not flexible and cannot be changed.

Start date in your spa location

Upon completion of your training, your expected first week in your spa will be the week commencing

• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa.
