A national catering company is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join their team in Rustington. The role involves preparing food service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service. Successful candidates will have team working abilities and a food hygiene certificate. A well-appointed rehabilitation centre in Rustington, West Sussex. Catering for an average of 50 customers daily. We offer breakfast, lunch and night service at this location. There is a good amount of hospitality. This is a 52 week contract which operates 7 days a week. The shifts range from morning to evening shifts. Contracts can be either full time, part time or casual. Additional benefit to this location is free on site parking along with a free meal on duty.
