A leading pub company in Aylesbury is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join their kitchen team at The Akeman Inn. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef, lead kitchen operations, and uphold high standards of food quality and service. Previous experience in catering at a junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level is essential. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000, cash tips, and numerous perks including free meals and a pension scheme.

Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential, as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
