All of our work is designed to create powerful, emotional connections between brands and audiences.Tin Man’s communications with heart’ approach has helped change behaviour, challenge perceptions, increase brand equity and enhance bottom lines for household brands including Virgin Atlantic, Mondelez, Warner Bros, Hilton, Guide Dogs, Vodafone, Dunelm, Tesco and Cafédirect.**The Role*** Strategically plan our digital/social programmes for our brands* Develop creative earned media ideas to span across social and digital channels for new business pitches and client campaigns* Partner with clients to understand key objectives and success metrics -, provide feedback, strategic counsel and recommendations to meet business objectives* Help upskill colleagues by sharing industry insights, trends and trainings – and always be on hand to offer advice and counsel* Be proficient in planning organic and paid social and digital campaigns* Be responsible for overseeing all end of month and post-campaign analysis reporting* Ensuring profitability, as well as costing up and running social /digital budgets* Be innovative, and advise on creative ways to enhance campaign performance* Manage a test and learn’ approach to all paid social activities* Be enthusiastic and proactive in handling a wide variety of work that will include a mix of retained accounts and short-term campaigns – and we pitch a lot!**You’ll thrive here if you:**Live and breathe all things social – from TikTok to ThreadsKnow your way around paid social like a pro (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest-you name it)Love turning insights into scroll-stopping campaignsAre just as comfortable with clients as you are with KPIsDue to the high volume of applications, we can only contact those shortlisted for the role.**Job Location:** Buckinghamshire slough
