A financial services organization is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and lead their entire social media presence. This role involves developing strategies, running paid campaigns, and collaborating with digital teams. Candidates should have experience in social media management and a proactive approach. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to shape the social media direction. Location:Hybrid (Grantham 2 days a week)
Hours:Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (35 working hours and a paid 1 hr lunch break a day)
Are you a strategist who enjoys getting hands on? PayPlan is looking for a Social Media Manager to build and lead our entire social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. This is not just a posting role. You’ll set the direction, shape the strategy for each channel and run paid social campaigns that deliver measurable growth and leads.
You’ll join a growing marketing team with big ambitions for 2026. You’ll have freedom to experiment, introduce new formats and push our brand forward while making sure everything stays compliant and client centred.
