What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the Social Media Team – Lead, mentor, and coordinate a group of in‑house content creators to deliver high‑quality, engaging, and compliant content across multiple social channels.
  • Quality Control & Compliance Oversight – Review and approve all outgoing social media content, ensuring accuracy, brand tone, and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Scheduling & Workflow Management – Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination between creative, marketing, and compliance teams.
  • Performance & Reporting – Track social media metrics, generate reports, and use insights to guide improvements in content strategy and team efficiency.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, communications, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns support broader business goals and meet regulatory standards.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation – Keep ahead of emerging trends and social platform developments to guide the team’s creative direction.
