What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the Social Media Team – Lead, mentor, and coordinate a group of in‑house content creators to deliver high‑quality, engaging, and compliant content across multiple social channels.
- Quality Control & Compliance Oversight – Review and approve all outgoing social media content, ensuring accuracy, brand tone, and adherence to industry regulations.
- Scheduling & Workflow Management – Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination between creative, marketing, and compliance teams.
- Performance & Reporting – Track social media metrics, generate reports, and use insights to guide improvements in content strategy and team efficiency.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, communications, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns support broader business goals and meet regulatory standards.
- Trend Awareness & Innovation – Keep ahead of emerging trends and social platform developments to guide the team’s creative direction.
What You Bring
- Team Leadership Experience – Proven ability to manage and motivate creative teams within a fast‑paced or regulated environment.
- Strategic Oversight – Strong understanding of social media strategy, performance tracking, and content scheduling tools.
- Regulatory Awareness – Familiarity with compliance and brand reputation management in a regulated sector (such as healthcare, financial services, or similar).
- Brand Stewardship – Excellent eye for detail, tone, and brand consistency across all visual and written content.
- Organisation & Process – Strong project management skills; confident managing calendars, approvals, and workflow systems.
