A leading care provider in Port Talbot is seeking dedicated Support Workers to help individuals with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. In this role, you will provide personal care, assist in daily activities, and maintain supportive relationships. The position includes comprehensive training and various benefits, including holiday entitlement and a Christmas bonus. Flexible working patterns are available to suit your commitments.
Hours: 39 (Part Time hours available)
Salary: £12.95 to £12.95 Hour
Care Without Compromise, a Choice Care sister company in Wales, supports people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and associated complex needs. With its own clinical team, Care Without Compromise has a particular expertise in understanding and supporting individuals with challenging behaviours. Specialist therapeutic services are integrated into the day to day person‑centred support offered to the people we support, enabling them to progress towards a more meaningful and enjoyable daily life.
Staff are fully trained in Positive Behavioural Support and are encouraged to develop their skills and career with the company, providing consistency and stability in the services.
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility?
