Salary:£12.23 to £12.23Hour(A higher range is offered to applicants with qualifications in health and social care)

  • Assisting those we care for with their personal care needs
  • Medication administration
  • Assisting and getting involved indaily activities, hobbies or outings
  • Following care plan guidance alongsideCompany policies and procedures
  • Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with those we care for
  • Maintaining written and electronic daily records
  • Attending and completingtraining, as required

Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln, provides residential and supported living for people with severe learning disabilities, autism and complex needs. Their vision and focus is to provide the best personal care and support, delivered by competent staff working closely with the people in their care to help them achieve their own life goals. The services support many younger adults in particular with the transition from education and children’s services into adult services. Staff provide individualised support and guidance to enable individuals to access work experience and college placements suitable to their individual needs and aspirations.
