Qualifications

• Experience working in an educational or student-focused setting is desirable.
• Knowledge of Sixth Form systems, UCAS, attendance, or pastoral support would be advantageous.
• Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral and administrative support to Sixth Form students.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and academic progress.
• Support the Director of Post-16 in developing Sixth Form culture.
• Contribute to UCAS processes and transition activities.
• Maintain accurate records and manage administrative systems.
• Work collaboratively with staff and external agencies.
