Site Service Operative

Location: Ashford, Kent, TN24 0LU.

Salary: £23,809 per annum.

Full time, permanent position

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 14.00-22.00

Responsibilities include hygiene services and safety compliance

Responsibilities
  • Partake in daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly cleaning tasks.
  • To help maintain the staff facilities on site (canteen, lockers and toilets)
  • To carry out any other reasonable task in connection with the department to support the business needs.
  • To ensure the safety of oneself and others at all times.
  • To assist with the delivery of the programmed deep clean shutdowns.
  • To ensure all the records are completed properly, accurately and on time.
  • Working within a team to cover all factory and associated areas and cover other team members when absent.
  • Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures are followed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, eliminate waste, and improve business processes.
  • Working with peers and support functions to move the Ashford Culture and performance forward.
