This is an on-site position with significant responsibilities in leading high-profile projects.
Our client, a leading renewable energy developer and operator, is hiring a Site Operations Manager to oversee two operational utility-scale solar projects — a 195MW site in Calhoun County, TX, and a 99MW site in Sunflower County, MS. The candidate can be based at either location but must be on site.
This is a great opportunity to lead day-to-day operations for high-profile projects with top-tier partners and equipment suppliers. You’ll manage site performance, safety, compliance, budgets, and stakeholder relationships — ensuring both sites deliver reliable, efficient power generation.
Oversee O&M performance, maintenance, and reliability across both sites
Enforce safety and environmental compliance
Manage budgets, reporting, and operational performance
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Support emergency response and continuous improvement initiatives
5+ years managing utility-scale solar operations
Strong EH&S background
Experience optimizing plant performance and managing third-party O&M providers
Familiarity with inverter, panel, and tracker systems (Sungrow, ATI/Gamechange a plus)
Proven ability to lead operations, budgets, and community relationships
