Overview

Site Manager Apprentice – We\'re looking for a Site Manager Apprentice to join our Transportation Team based in Brixworth, working towards a Level 4 apprenticeship in Construction Site Supervisor.

Transportation - Build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people. We provide transport solutions that are sustainable, long-lasting and that promote various methods of transport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading construction and infrastructure services company on an apprenticeship. Whilst working towards a recognised qualification, you\'ll be able to put your learnings into practice in your day-to-day role, helping you progress within your chosen career.

Location: Brixworth, Northampton

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £20,800

Start Date: September 2026

How does an apprenticeship work?

As a Site Manager Apprentice you\'ll be enrolled onto a Level 4 apprenticeship in Construction Site Supervisor, giving you the opportunity to earn whilst you learn. You\'ll work closely with the Transportation team to support in the overall design, build and maintenance of infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people.

Your day to day will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of site documentation
  • Ensuring PPE compliance and safe working practices on site
  • Assisting with Coordinating subcontractors
  • Escalating issues to the Site Manager when needed
  • Undertaking inspections to maintain health and safety standards
