Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, including BOMs and variance analysis.
• Practical skills in Excel with experience in ERP systems.
• Relevant experience in food manufacturing or similar.
• Leadership experience with a coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive site P&L and strengthen financial controls.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage site accruals, prepayments, and inventory reconciliations.
• Support change programmes including new product launches.
