Launched in 2009 as a small construction venture between two friends, Size Group brings together the vital elements of property from the construction of luxury buildings through to the maintenance and management of a property portfolio. We now seek a Site Administrator and Document Controller to join our team on a permanent, full‑time basis.
As a Site Administrator & Document Controller, you will manage document systems and quality processes, ensuring accurate information is distributed across projects efficiently and on time, whilst supporting the Site Managers in all project‑related administrative duties. Following our document management procedures, you will undertake thorough document quality checks and register the receipt, upload and distribution of project documentation. Working closely with design managers, you will assist with the development of workflows, including the approval, implementation and monitoring of these and other contract administration functions.
