Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and networks is desirable.
  • Experience with MATLAB/Simulink is beneficial.
  • Prior exposure to vehicle dynamics or driving simulators is advantageous.
  • Enthusiasm for Formula 1 or Motorsport.

Location: Bristol (Long Ashton) on-site with some travel

Employment Type: Permanent

This is a hands‑on technical role with a strong focus on simulator operation, customer system commissioning, and the integration of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain in‑house simulator systems used for demonstrations and development
  • Plan and carry out commissioning activities for customer simulator installations
  • Support customers in optimising their simulator use and performance
  • Investigate and test emerging technologies for integration into simulation platforms
  • Develop simulation scenarios to demonstrate the full potential of the systems
