Full time working Monday to Friday - 08:00am-18:00pm - 45 hours - £12.60ph

About the role
  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, offering assistance and addressing their inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Offer refreshments such as coffee, tea, or water to customers upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls, answer questions about products or services, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials are readily available for customers.
  • Manage the receptionist area, including answering phones, directing emails, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate records (as required)
