• Previous proven experience in a similar supervisory/leadership role.
• Experience in a similar FMCG production environment.
• Understanding of tablet and capsule manufacturing processes is desirable.

• Lead and develop the production team to drive operational excellence.
• Accountability for productivity, cost, safety and quality on shifts.
• Coach, train and develop your team.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and H&S standards.
