Job Title: Shift Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dumfries
Hours: 12 Hour Shifts, 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Salary: From £38k (Dependant on Experience) + Benefits

We are particularly interested in candidates who are multiskilled (or a desire to become multiskilled), and have worked in fast paced industrial engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities of the Shift Maintenance Engineer

• Perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on various electrical and mechanical equipment within an FMCG setting.
• Troubleshoot and identify faults.
• Diagnose and rectify machinery issues to reduce downtime and enhance production efficiency.
• Work closely with the production team to promote continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilise your technical knowledge to resolve complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Follow health and safety regulations while maintaining high work standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications are desired (NVQ, HNC, 18th Edition or equivalent).
