You’ll support both planned and reactive maintenance activities, contribute to key departmental objectives and help deliver excellent service to our customers across the UK and Ireland.**Key Responsibilities*** Travel to customer sites to carry out high and low voltage service repairs, inspections and testing.* Produce detailed service tour and inspection reports, including Health & Safety checks and risk assessments.* Create, update and maintain scheduling, inspection, test and repair reports while supporting QHSE requirements.* Carry out calibration support, minor adjustments and repairs on high voltage instruments, ensuring timely completion of allocated work.* Respond to customer enquiries, providing clear service updates and high-quality customer service.**Experience, Skills & Qualifications*** Qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant technical background.* Experience or familiarity with servicing and repairing High Voltage products and instrumentation.* Knowledge of Health & Safety practices relating to High Voltage environments.* Full UK Driving Licence* PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel* Strong practical, methodical approach with sound diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAt Megger, our mission is simple yet powerful: to help people live confidently and work safely by harnessing the energy that powers our world.
